The Bridge to Social Studies Series, will help you understand how the world around us has changed, and to comprehend what the concepts of past, present and future are. You will learn the significance of ethics and values in society, as well as of civics education. Additionally, the content will help you value our natural and social environment, and to take responsibility for the effect that our actions have on it. You will also learn about the place you hold in society and will identify the most important aspects of the Puerto Rican culture.
The series offers a variety of opportunities for learning.
The series establishes an authentic education in values, while focusing on civic education, leadership, entrepreneurship, environmental care, cultural identity and other values that promote the building of a better world for everyone.
The Bridge to Social Studies series aims for equity in education, so that every student is able to find answers to their particular pace of learning and personal circumstances.
Our purpose is to provide content that will allow students to discover how to learn, how to know, how to do, how to live together, and how to be.
